Donating medical equipment can help someone regain mobility, independence, and dignity. Devices 4 the Disabled collects, refurbishes, and redistributes donated equipment at no cost to individuals in need.
Ready to donate? Complete the form below to tell us about your equipment. Our team will review your submission and follow up about next steps. Equipment acceptance and pickup arrangements are subject to availability and D4D’s ability to accommodate the donation.
Before donating: Please ensure equipment is clean. D4D reviews donated equipment for condition, safety, and suitability for reuse or refurbishment. We cannot accept certain large or specialized items, including van lifts, porch lifts, and stair lifts.
