A special Christmas present brings new hope to Joyce in Waukegan, Illinois. Her life took a positive turn when the Waukegan Police Department’s Community Outreach Group stepped in, going above and beyond to ensure her well-being. One important call was made to Devices 4 the Disabled, which provided Joyce with the transformative gift of mobility, enabling her to accomplish what she needs to do with greater independence.
